Complaints against Farooq Abdullah, Rishi Kapoor forwarded to DC Srinagar, DC Mumbai: Jammu based social activist

Jammu, Dec 3 (UNI) A Jammu based social activist on Monday said that the complaint he had filed against the National Conference president Farooq Abdullh and actor Rishi Kapoor have been forwarded by the Deputy Commissioner Jammu to the DC’s of Srinagar and Mumbai.
“The District Magistrate Jammu has directed the complaint against Dr Farooq Abdulla and Actor Rishi Kapoor for commission of offence under section 124-A RPC to DM, Srinagar and DM, Mumbai,” Jammu based Social Activist Sukesh C Khajuria here said.
He said that Mr Ramesh Kumar has sent his complaint seeking action under section 196 CrPC against Dr Abdullah and Actor Rishi Kapoor for alleged sedition charges for accepting POK/PAK as part of Pakistan to the District Magistrate, Srinagar and the District Magistrate, Mumbai for necessary action as per relevant provisions of law
