CM responsible for not holding Local Body elections : LG

Puducherry, Dec 4 (UNI) Puducherry Lt.Governor Kiran Bedi on Tuesday reiterated that Chief Minister V Narayanasamy is responsible for not holding Local Body elections in the Union Territory.

Talking to news persons during her visit to the Forest Department here, Ms Bedi said that Puducherry is facing a contempt of court since, the time frame given by the Supreme Court to hold the Local Body elections is over.
