CM orders labourers not to go for work

Puducherry, Nov 23 (UNI) Puducherry chief minister V Narayanasamy on Monday directed the labourers here not to go for their work from tomorrow evening and November 25 in view of the “Nivar” cyclone which is expected to cross near Puducherry.
Talking to news persons after a meeting with revenue minister M O H F Shajahan and senior officials including chief secretary Ashwini Kumar on the preparedness to meet the eventualities of the cyclone.
Mr.Narayanaswamy said that all business establishments were advised to close during the period and the classes for 10th,11th and 12 th standard students stood suspended.
