CM Biren inaugurates workshop building of Imphal airport

Imphal, Apr 16 (UNI) Chief Minister N Biren Singh on Friday inaugurated a new Electrical and Mechanical Workshop Building at Imphal International Airport. Planning and Development Authority (PDA), Manipur was the implementing agency for the construction of the workshop building.
N. Biren Singh appreciated the officials of PDA on completion of the building construction with maintenance in quality. Stating that upgradation of Imphal Airport into an International Airport was a long awaited project, he stressed on the need to develop the airport into a fully functional International Airport at the earliest.
