Clash between e-rickshaw pullers and auto drivers resulted into NH blockade

Ambassa(Tripura), Dec 07(UNI) In an unwanted happening clash between e-rickshaw pullers and auto drivers resulted into the blockade of the National Highway 08 in Ambassa in the northern Tripura district of Dhalai here this afternoon.
The turmoil between the e-rickshaw pullers and auto drivers remained an apple of discord for a period of time recently. But the triggering tension erupted into an untoward result today. In the afternoon, an e-rickshaw puller Nihar Roy took a passenger from Ambassa to Dalubari with his e-rickshaw. When he reached Dalubari some auto drivers including Pranesh Deb assaulted him and tore his wears. Then the agitated e-rickshaw pullers blocked the national highway 08.
