Pune, June 24 (UNI) Southwest monsoon further advanced into some more parts of central Arabian Sea as well as Konkan, most parts of madhya Maharashtra, remaining parts of Marathwada and Vidarbha, some parts of Madhya Pradesh and some more parts of Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
Conditions are becoming favorable for further advancement of southwest monsoon into the remaining parts of central Arabian Sea, Konkan, madhya Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh as well as some parts of north Arabian Sea, Gujarat,and some more parts of Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
Heavy to very heavy rainfalls very likely to lash at isolated places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, Konkan and Goa, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Uttarakhand, east Rajasthan, west Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat Region, madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada and coastal Karnataka.
