Chopper controversy; Police issued fresh notice to Baijant and his two companions to appear on Sep 24

Puri, Sep 19 (UNI) Fresh notice was issued today to pilot and former BJD MP Baijayant Panda and his two companions in the chopper flying controversy over Chilka lake, to appear before the police officer on September 24.
The fresh notice was issued by the Puri police as they did not appear before the investigating officer of the Arakhkuda marine police station on Wednesday.
Instead Himansu Mahapatra, Manager civil aviation of the IMFA, the company owned by Mr Panda, appeared and filed a written statement with the police.
