Chirag Paswan demands six seats for LJP in Jharkhand

Palamu, Sep 20 (UNI) Parliamentary board president of the LJP and Jamui MP Chirag Paswan has laid claim on six assembly seats in the state.
Addressing a public rally at Karpuri Grounds at Hussainabad here, he said that the party will be contesting on six assembly seats in the state and he was having talks with senior leaders of the BJP JP Nadda, Amit Shah and Chief Minister Raghubar Das on LJP's claim.
He said LJP would repeat the efforts it made to ensure NDA swept the parliamentary polls in the State. The alliance would cross more than 65 seats in the assembly polls with its hard work, he added.
Lauding the scrapping of Article 370, Chirag said the dream of a unified India had been fulfilled and added that one day POK would also be made part of India.
The LJP leader also enumerated the various schemes of the Centre.
Chirag said Hussainabad could not develop at par with in Jamui and Hajipur as the leadership was given in the wrong hands.
He promised that with LJP in lead the region would receive a boost just like Jamui and Hajipur.
Chirag said LJP supremo Ramvilas Paswan would visit Hussainabad to meet the people and urged the voters to vote in favour of double engine government.
