Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Aug 12 2016 3:25PM Chinese interest in upcoming Goa Electronic City project in GoaPanaji, Aug 12 (UNI) Goa Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar today said Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi has expressed interest in investing in the upcoming electronic city and IT park projects here. Speaking to reporters after having a talk with Mr Yi over breakfast, the Chief Minister said,'' Mr Yi has shown interest in the electronic city and IT Park and said after BRICS summit there would be interest in bringing investment. We have welcomed the decision. There is a scope for investment in the electronic city as we are a budding state. He came here to see for himself the ongoing preparation for BRICS.'' The Goa Government has planned to set up electronic city at Tuem Village and IT park in Chimbel village the state.
