Chennai rains : Jet Airways extends penalty waiver

Chennai, Nov 3 (UNI) In view of the prevailing inclement weather in Chennai,

Jet Airways today extended a waiver of penalty for date/ flight change, refund,

no-shows and fare difference to all guests holding confirmed tickets.

The waiver is applicable for guests travelling to and from Chennai today.

'At Jet Airways, safety of guests and crew is our top priority and the airline

continues to closely monitor the situation in Chennai', a spokesman of Jet

Airways said.

Guests were advised to visit www.jetairways.com or call the airline call

centre on (city code) 39893333 for information on their flights.

Information on schedule changes is also available with travel agents,

the spokesman said.
