Chavan demands hearing of Maratha reservation before larger bench

Aurangabad, Maharashtra, Oct 26 (UNI) Maharashtra state Public Works Minister Ashok Chavan who is also head of cabinet Sub- committee for Maratha reservation demanded on Monday that , tomorrow's hearing the matter of Maratha reservation case in Supreme court should be hear before larger bench or constitution bench instead on previous bench who was given stay to Marath reservation .
Mr Chavan who on tour of Aurangabad to inspect the damaged roads and affected lands due to devasted recent rains. He assured that fund would be released for repairs of all the roads and bridges across the state which were damaged due to devasted rains .
Addressing a press conference here this evening he said that ,the previous supreme court bench given stay to the Maratha reservation and refer the case to larger bench .
