Charles to head Commonwealth

London, Apr 20 (UNI) Commonwealth leaders on Friday agreed that Prince Charles will become the next head of the organisation after Queen Elizabeth II, reports here said.
The role is not hereditary, but the Queen, who turns 92 on Saturday, used the Commonwealth heads of government (Chogm) meeting to say it was her “sincere wish” to be succeeded by her son.
The BBC and the Press Association said sources told that Commonwealth leaders on the second and final day of their summit had agreed to her wish.
