Chakrapani re-elected as Standing Committee chairman

Hyderabad, Jan 13 (UNI) Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC), Chairman
Prof. Ghanta Chakrapani has been unanimously re-elected as the Chairman of the Standing
Committee of National Conference of State Public Service Commissions.

He was re-elected in the 20th National Conference of Chairpersons of State PSCs held at
Goa on Friday for the period of two years.
He thanked the National Conference for reposing faith on him and re-electing as the
chairman of the Standing Committee.

Chandigarh, May 22 (UNI) Shiromani Akali Dal president Sukhbir Singh Badal on Tuesday said
the Union Environment Ministry had deputed a Central team to assess the ecological damage allegedly
caused by the sugar mill of the family of the Chief Minister’s Religious Advisor Paramjit Sarna by
releasing industrial effluents into the Beas river.
