Chakma man arrested for raping a physically challenged woman

Itanagar, Nov 30 (UNI) Police in Arunachal Pradesh’s Changlang district have arrested a middle-aged man for allegedly raping a physically challenged woman at Bijaypur-II village under the Bordumsa police station in the district.
The incident that took place on October 25 came to public notice only recently, sources said on Thursday.
The alleged rapist has been identified as Surat Chand Chakma, who is said to be the father of a student leader.
