CGI Supports Karnataka Government in Strengthening Their Pandemic-related Efforts

BENGALURU, May 28, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- CGI in partnership with Oasis Foundation, a non-governmental organisation (NGO) are working closely with the Karnataka government to support the government's efforts in combating the COVID-19 pandemic in the state.

CGI donated personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks, face visors and other protective gear to help ensure the safety of frontline healthcare workers, police personnel and sanitation workers in Bengaluru. In addition to PPE, CGI also helped the government strengthen the COVID-19 referral hospital at the District Hospital, Ramanagara, located 53 kilometres from Bengaluru, by providing test kits and critical medical equipment to test, screen and treat COVID-19 patients.
