New Delhi, Jul 4 (UNI) Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Saturday called the implementation of reservation for backward class students in the medical entrance exam an ‘injustice’ to the youth of this class, saying Prime Minister Narendra Modi must consider the letter of party president Sonia Gandhi.
Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, Ms Vadra said,”Congress President Sonia Gandhi has raised the legitimate demand for reservation for OBC students in medical institutions in the state and union territories under national quota in the seats being filled by NEET. This is a demand for social justice. I hope that the Central Government will implement this.”
Along with this, she has also posted the letter of Ms Gandhi in which she has requested Mr Modi to implement reservation system for backward classes.
