Central force supervision for Tirupati LS by-elections: TDP demands

Tirupati, Jan 20 (UNI) Telugu Desam party state president Mr K Acham Naidu on Wednesday demanded that the by-elections for Tirupati LokSabha seat be conducted under the supervision of central forces only as the opposition parties had no faith and confidence on AP officials and state police.
Talking to reporters after inaugurating the Party's election campaign office for Tirupati by-elections here , Acham Naidu said that the party mulled over representing the Election Commission to that effect .
He said the TDP will conduct a campaign and rally tomorrow in Tirupati town from Alipiri padala mandapam to the party office even if the police denied permission.
