CCTV footage helps Jammu Police to crack ‘attempt to murder case’, four arrested

Jammu, July 4 (UNI) In a major breakthrough, Jammu Police with the help of CCTV footage cracked the ‘attempt to murder’ case and arrested four persons, police spokesman here said.
The spokesman said that on June 27, some unknown persons attacked one Rohan Thapa alias Kallu of Gorkha Nagar, Jammu with sharp-edged weapons opposite Bahu Plaza in Gandhi Nagar area and fled away from the spot leaving the victim in a pool of blood.
However, a case under relevant sections was registered and investigation started, the spokesman said adding that to work out the case, a team of officers under the supervision of SDPO City South Ram Singh Charak and SP City South Deepak Digra, was constituted.
