CBI files charge sheet against 6 in WB post poll violence case

New Delhi, Sep 28 (UNI) The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Tuesday filed a charge sheet against six accused, residents of Cooch Behar in West Bengal, in the court of Mathabhanga.

CBI had registered the case on August 27 on the orders of Calcutta Court and took over the investigation of the case, earlier registered at Sitalkuchi Police Station on May 5 on a complaint against unknown persons, the bureau said.
