CBI books Sanjay Bhandari, Samsung Engineering for corruption in Guj project

New Delhi, Jul 1 (UNI) Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed FIR against Sanjay Bhandari, unknown officials of ONGC Petro additions Limited, Samsung Engineering and others for alleged criminal conspiracy to get into a consultancy agreement in view of getting a project in the state of Gujarat.
It is alleged that Bhandari as the Director of Santech international, had got into into a consultancy agreement with the SECL, which was in violation of the conditions of a contract agreement amid OPaL and SECL.
It was further alleged that Bhandari had received about 49,99,969 US Dollars in an overseess account of Santech from the SECL .
