New Delhi, Sep 27 (UNI) The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Wednesday began a preliminary probe into alleged irregularities in the construction and renovation of the new residence of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, sources in the federal agency said.
The CBI has asked for documents related to the renovation of the Delhi CM's official bungalow, the sources said.
Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) Delhi unit has welcomed the central probe agency's move to probe the alleged irregularities.
