Caste Census report will be released soon: Nitish

Patna, Sep 25 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday said that the caste census report is almost ready and it would be released soon once prepared completely.
Responding to a query of media persons in this connection, Kumar said that caste census was almost ready. It would be released soon once the report was prepared completely, he added.
Chief Minister had also been demanding since long that caste census should be carried out at national level. He had even led an all party delegation to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi in August 2021 to request him to carry out caste census at national level but it was finally rejected by the Centre.
