Capt Amarinder kept Punjab farmers in dark over new agri bills : AAP

Jalandhar, Jan 24 (UNI) The Aam Admi Party (AAP) on Sunday took Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh to task for keeping the farmers of the state in dark for more than a year over the ‘upcoming’ three new agri bills.
AAP's national spokesperson and Punjab incharge for party affairs Raghav Chaddha, while interacting with the mediapersons here, alleged that a high level committee was constituted by the Prime Minister to study and give suggestions if any to be included in the draft of the proposed bills to which Capt Amarinder Singh was also a part.
Capt Amarinder Singh was fully conversant with the draft of the bill as he was included in the list of the ten chief ministers who were part of the committee and his name was at the seventh place as per the notification issued on August 7, 2019, Mr Chaddha said.
