Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Jul 18 2016 7:18PM CAG unhappy with Assam financial handling for 2014-15Guwahati, Jul 18(UNI) The Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India has expressed its dissatisfaction at the handling of state finances and revenue in Assam, noting various alleged irregularities and misappropriation. "State government's compliance with various rules, procedures and directives was unsatisfactory as was evident from delays by various departments in furnishing utilization certificates against the loans and grants received by them," CAG report on state finances for the year ended March 31, 2015, said.
