CAG report exposes Capt Amarinder's inability :APP

Chandigarh, Mar 6 (UNI) Reacting to the recent Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) report tabled in the Punjab assembly on Friday, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) said it shows the inability of Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh.
In a statement here on Saturday, Leader of Opposition (LoP) in Punjab Assembly Harpal Singh Cheema said the recent CAG report shows that Capt Amarinder is unable to run the state of Punjab. He said as per the report, under the Captain regime, spending on education decreased by two per cent and spending on health decreased by 0.63 per cent. "It clearly shows that the government does not feel that education and health of its people is a priority," he added.
Cheema said not only in education and health, the government was spending less on development as well. He said it seems as if Capt Amarinder wants to take back Punjab to the dark ages.
