Cabinet to constitute sub-committee for seeking opinion on Tribunal's recommendations

Hyderabad, Oct 21 (UNI) Telangana Cabinet has decided to constitute a cabinet sub-committee, headed by Major Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao to go into the recent verdict of Krishna Water Disputes Tribunal-II.
The sub-committee, which will hold its first meeting tomorrow, was asked by the Cabinet to seek legal opinion on the recommendations of the Tribunal, Deputy Chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari, who briefed the media after the marathon Cabinet meeting, held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, said this evening.
The Cabinet discussed the proposal to construct a new multi-storied Secretariat building complex, replacing the existing buildings with the Chief Minister, explaining the need for a new Secretariat complex.
