Cabinet approves Ex post facto proposal for MoU b/w India & Comoros on coop in Health & Medicine

New Delhi, Nov 20 (UNI) The Union Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Wednesday approved the proposal ex-post-facto on the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Government of the republic of India and the Government of the Union of Comoros on cooperation in the field of Health and Medicine, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said.
The MOU was signed in Moroni, Comoros on October 11, 2019 during the Vice President’s state visit to Comoros.
The Memorandum of Understanding envisages cooperation in areas of training and capacity building, exchanges of experiences, institutional strengthening of hospitals; Hospital management, medical care in Oncology and Palliative care.
