New Delhi, Oct 24 (UNI) President of Cricket Association for the Blind in India (CABI) Mahantesh GK on Wednesday said they were happy as an autonomous body and not 'willing' to function under the wings of Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
'We don't want to work under BCCI, we always believe in being with and working together. Nobody is above and nobody is under, but we will always work together,' the CABI chief said, on the sidelines of an event here.
'I want to take the Indian blind cricket to a new height. We need regular funding for domestic and international matches and affiliation from the BCCI for blind cricket', he said.
