Bypolls results give setback for those using caste organisations for political gains: Kanam

Kannur, Oct 24 (UNI) Communist Party of India (CPI) State Secretary Kanam Rajendran on Thursday said that the bypolls results in Kerala gave setback for those who try to use the caste organisations to hijack political grounds in the State.
Talking to news persons here, Mr Rajendran said the bypolls results are a recognition and support from the people towards the Left Democratic Front (LDF) government's policies in the state.
He also said that the LDF will conduct a detailed examination to find out the reason for the defeat of LDF candidate in Aroor Assembly constituency.
He alleged that the BJP was loosing people's support across the country and the party had no relevance in Kerala.
