Bypoll: CM trying to instigate violence: Sekhar

Puducherry, Nov 19 (UNI) AIADMK Candidate in the Nellithope bypoll, Om Sakthi Sekhar today alleged that Chief Minister and his rival Congress Candidate V Narayanasamy is trying to instigate violence and win the election.
Talking to newspersons after exercising his franchise in a booth at Naveena Gardens here along with his family members, Mr Sekhar claimed that the people of Nellithope are prepared to vote for “two leaves” symbol and ensure the AIADMK victory . However, the Chief Minister is making efforts to instigate violence and win the election by bringing all the booths under his control, he further alleged.
He said as per the rules, outsiders should leave the constituency. But many Congress and DMK workers had thronged all the polling booths in the constituency. They are compelling the voters to vote in favour of Mr.Narayansamy, he said, adding that this is against the rules of election.
