New Delhi, Nov 22(UNI) Holding good the general trend of tilt for a ruling dispensation in bye-polls, the Bharatiya Janta party, the All India Trinamool Congress(AITC), Congress, Communist Party of India Marxist(CPM) and the AlADMK have succeeded in holding bastions in states ruled by them in the November 19 bye-elections. Counting of votes polled in polling on Saturday last for four Lok Sabha seats and 10 assembly seats in six states and the union territory of Puducherry was held today. As per the results available the BJP and AITC have shared equally four Lok Sabha seats went to polls on Saturday in Madhya Pradesh and Assam ruled by the saffron party and the Mamta Banerjee ruled West Bengal. Of the ten assembly seats BJP won three--one each in Assam, MP and Arunachal Pradesh-, AIADMK bagged all three seats in Tamil Nadu, CPM two in Tripura, AITC and Congress one each in West Bengal and Puducherry.
