By-election to vacant ZP members, sarpanches, samitee members ward members in Odisha slated for Nov 27

Bhubaneswar, Oct 22 (UNI) By-election for the posts of four Zilla Parishad members, 17 Sarpanches, 21 Samiti members and 303 Ward members lying vacant in 27 districts of Odisha will be held on November 27 next.
The Zilla Parishad Zones included 19-Chhatrapur of Ganjam, 08 Danagadi of Jajpur, 15 Patangi, and 10-Dasmantapur of Koraput district.
Official sources here said the State Election Commission would issue notification for it on October 29 next. The candidates can file their nomination from October 31 to November 2 and the scrutiny will be made on November 4 next.
