Burnt body of woman recovered from South Delhi, probe on: police

New Delhi, Oct 7 (UNI) A woman's body was found on Saturday under mysterious circumstances from Kadrabad village near New Friends Colony Police Station in the national capital, police said.
The police was reported about the discovery at around 0630 early morning.
It appears prima facie that the woman was set ablaze at a different spot and her more than half burnt body was dumped in this area to escape police in the intervening night on October 6 and 7.
She has not been identified as yet but preliminary investigations indicate her age to be 23 to 25 years.
The police is investigating the case and further details are awaited.
