BSF organises 'Run for Martyrs' to remember sacrifices by CRPF jawans on Oct 21, 1959

New Delhi, Oct 14 (UNI) Minister of State for Human Resource Development, Dr Satya Pal Singh, flagged-off five-kilometer run ('Run For Martyrs') organised by the Border Security Force (BSF) for Central Armed Police Forces, civilians and other security forces at the National Major Dhyan Chand Stadium here on Sunday to pay rich tributes e to those who laid their lives for the country.

According to the organisers, approximately 4,000 participants, including Divyanjan children, assembled around the India gate to extend their respect to those martyrs who have given supreme sacrifice for their motherland.
