BSF nabs woman smuggler at Panitar in North 24 Pargana district in WB

New Delhi, Jul 8 (UNI) India’s premier border guarding force BSF on Tuesday nabbed a woman smuggler at Panitar in North 24 Pargana district in West Bengal who was attempting to smuggle fish eggs and dimples concealed in a cavity of a gas cylinder.
According to BSF,around 1730 hrs, at Border Outpost Panitar in North 24 Pargana, the border guards of 153 Battalion marked suspicious activity of a woman who was very easily by picking up an LPG cylinder which raised the doubts and the women was questioned by a lady conastable.
The BSF personnel also noticed that the base of the cylinder had welding marks and its base was inappropriately fitted. When lifted the cylinder, it was found to have reduced weight after closely watched and the base of the cylinder was rotated, it openedand found eight polythenes were found inside the cylinder, carrying fish eggs and dimples.
