Brigade Group launches its 2nd residential project ‘Brigade Citadel’ in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Jan 19 (UNI) Brigade Group, one of India's leading property developers has launched its second residential project “ Brigade Citadel” at Moti Nagar here.
Announcing this at a press conference here on Tuesday, Mr Rajendra Joshi, CEO - Residential, Brigade Group said that the Brigade Group has developed many landmark buildings and transformed the skyline across South India in the cities of Bengaluru, Mysuru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kochi with developments across residential, office, retail, hospitality and among others.
He said that the Brigade Citadel project has commenced in November 2020. It will be completed by December, 2025. The project consisting of eight towers (20 lakh square feet) will come up in 11 acres of land.
The total estimated project cost is Rs 1100 crore. Of it, Rs 700 crore was construction cost, Mr Joshi said in the first phase four towers would be built and the remaining four towers will come up in the second phase.
The CEO said that Brigade Citadel comprises over 1300 luxurious two- and three-bedroom homes which are competitively priced starting from Rs 75 lakh to Rs 1.4 crore.
With a thought array of amenities and sprawling outdoors, each home is designed to maximize space through world class architecture and conforms to the highest standards of quality, he said.
Mr Joshi said, the Brigade Citadel is conveniently located between Bharat Nagar and Erragadda Metro Stations and is in close proximity to the main bus stop and the Begumpet Railway station making it well connected to IT Hubs and offices.
The other amenities included a 53,000 square feet (G+4) club house wich will have a jogging track, outdoor gym, cricket practice net, basketball practice court, play lawn, children’s play areas, skating rink, urban plaza, amphitheatre and terrace pool, he added.
Brigade Group's first residential project Brigade situated at Road No.7 Banjara Hills consisting of 55 flats had completed in 2017 and handed over to the owners, Mr Venkat, Brigade Citadel-Sales said.
