Brahmin Sabha constitutes district-level teams to campaign for Cong in Punjab

Chandigarh, Jan 22 (UNI) Extending its full support to the Punjab Congress, the Brahmin Sabha has said only Captain Amarinder Singh could save the state, which had been reeling under ''total collapse'' on all fronts for the past 10 years.
The Brahmin Sabha has constituted teams in various districts across the state to campaign for the Congress in the polls. The community, according to the Sabha, was living under the shadow of fear under the Badal regime and many had been even thinking of fleeing the state.
A delegation of the Brahmin Sabha, led by its chairman BK Dutt and President Shekhar Shukla, along with a dozen other members, met Capt Singh to convey their faith in his leadership and assured him of all possible help in the Assembly polls to prevent the Badal-led Akalis and Arvind Kejriwal’s Aam Aadmi Party from looting the people of the state.
