Book on starting catering business from scratch launched

New Delhi, Jul 2 (UNI) A book for those aspiring to launch a catering business sans any background in the hospitality industry, was unveiled here on Thursday.
Published by an event hospitality expert, the book contains step-by-step process of starting a catering business from scratch.
