Bommai kingpin in Chilume fraud case: Siddaramaiah

Bengaluru, Nov 26 (UNI) Senior Congress leader Siddaramaiah on Saturday called Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai as the kingpin in the Chilume electoral fraud case and said he is ready for a probe if this scam happened during his tenure as the chief minister.
The Election Commission should initiate an investigation into the matter under the supervision of Karnataka chief justice, he said.
"The kingpin in the Chilume electoral fraud case is none other than Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai. A judicial enquiry should be initiated by the Karnataka CJ," he told reporters in a press conference here.
