Panaji, Dec 6 (UNI) Bombay High Court at Goa on Thursday granted 24 hours time to Goa Chief Secretary to file affidavit on the health status of State Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar.
The time was granted after state government sought more time to respond to a notice issued by the high court to Chief Secretary Dharmendra Sharma last month.
Speaking to reporters after the hearing was adjourned, Rohit Bras de sa, advocate for the petitioner Trajano D'Mello, a local politician, ' I had the honour of being present for the third adjournment today. Matter was fixed on November 26, the state government asked for time to file reply. Matter was thereafter fixed on December 4, again the state government asked for time to fie reply.'
