Body of Palajori BDO found on railway tracks in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur/Deoghar, Jul 13 (UNI) Body of the Block Development Officer of Palajori block of Deoghar district was found on railway tracks in Jamshedpur.
The deceased has been identified as Nagendra Tiwari. Upon receiving information, DSP Law and Order Alok Ranjan reached on the spot and inquired into the incident. He said that prima facie it appears to be a case of suicide.
BDO Nagendra Tiwari was unmarried and was currently posted as BDO-cum-CO of Palajori block. For the last 15 days, he was living with the family of his elder brother near Sakchi jail Chowk under Jugsali Police Station area of East Singhbhum district.
A family member of the deceased claimed that president of Mukhiya sangh of Palajori was harassing his brother and had even complained to the Chief Minister that he was not executing works properly under MNREGA due to which Nagendra had become mentally disturbed and was staying with his relatives for the last 15 days.
