BNI launches its first chapter in Kakinada

Kakinada, May 24 (UNI) The Business Network International (BNI) has launched its first chapter in this port city initially with 31 members at a function held here on Thursday.
KVT Ramesh district director of BNI told media persons that it was the World’s largest business net working organization established three decades ago making its presence in 71 countries now with 2.35 lakh members globally.
"BNI had started its operations in India eleven years ago and now spread to over 62 cities with nearly 21,000 members.In Andhra Pradesh, it was having ten chapters in Visakhapatnam, two in Vijayawada and now extended to Kakinada. The Guntur chapter will be launched June 7," he said.
"Members in BNI will meet weekly to exchange quality business referrals between each other which provides an opportunity to grow their business", he added.

New Delhi, April 19 (UNI) Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd. (IREDA), the nation's largest pure-play green financing NBFC, Friday announced an all-time high net profit of Rs. 1,252.23 crore in 2023-24, a 44.83 per cent jump over the previous fiscal year 2022-23.

Hyderabad, April 19 (UNI) The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (CSIR-IICT) and Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) Corporate R&D have forged a partnership to develop technology for capturing and converting carbon dioxide (CO2) to Dimethyl Ether (DME) through direct catalytic conversion.
