BKU Ekta announces 5-day protest rallies from May 24

Moga, May 19 (UNI) Various farmers organisations have been protesting for past one month and now the BKU Ekta Ugrahan has also decided to further intensify their struggle by holding rallies and dharnas in front of Deputy Commissioners.
This was announced by Joginder Singh Ugrahan and Sukhdev Singh Kokari president and general secretary respectively of BKU Ekta Ugrahan . They were here to address the farmers and also motivate them to join the rally from May 24 to 28 in front of the deputy commissioner's office complex.
Both the leaders said if the state government failed to concede to their demands, the ryots would further intensify their stir against the anti-farmer policies of the SAD BJP alliance government .
