BJP workers protest outside Rahul's house over Pitroda's comments on 1984 riots

New Delhi, May 10 (UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers on Friday protested outside Congress chief Rahul Gandhi's residence in Tughlak lane here reportedly against Congress leader Sam Pitroda's remarks on 1984 riots.
BJP's Delhi unit staged a protest march outside Mr Gandhi's residence in reaction to Mr Pitroda's remarks wherein he reportedly said 'what happened ..happened in 1984 ' while talking about the 1984 anti-SIkh riots.
BJP cadres were seen carrying banners stating that 'apka neta mare to shaheed hamare log mare to 'kya hua'..
' if your leader dies he is a martyr and our thousands of who died ... then it only happened like any other incident'. Protestors were detained from the spot and were later released, police said.
