BJP will win more seats than in 2013: MP CM

Bhopal, Dec 8 (UNI) Interpreting the higher voting percentage in Madhya Pradesh as a mandate in his government’s favour, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Saturday claimed that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) would emerge victorious in a greater number of Assembly constituencies as compared to the previous polls.
“No estimate stands in front of ours, which is a practical one. We observed special affection among electors – particularly the youth, women and 40 lakh first-time voters – for the BJP. The poor supported the party as our dispensation accomplished the work of altering their existences,” he averred while addressing a meeting of BJP state office-bearers here.
Alleging that the principal-opposition Congress is emerging with new forms of deceit each passing day as it is jittery, the politician added that BJP workers should comprehend that the Congress shall attempt to vitiate the atmosphere on D-Day December 11 when counting is scheduled.
