Raichur, Karnataka, Dec 4 (UNI) "BJP will construct Ram Mandir at Ayodhya as promised before coming to power in 2014", former Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister and senior BJP leader K S Eshwarappa said today.
Speaking to newsmen here on Tuesday, he said that "we had promised to build Ram Mandir in Ayodhya and working towards fulfilling the promise. There was Masque built by Babar and hence was called 'Babri Masjid', it is sign of slave."
He alleged that the Congress lost power in 22 State mainly due to opposing construction of Ram Mandir. Now Congress has realised its mistake and supporting construction.
