Addressing a press conference at the party headquarters in city, he said, ''The party has decided to contest 37 seats. The party will not contest in Velim, Nuvem and Benaulim constituencies in Salcet taluka of South Goa.'' He said the party would declare the first list of candidates this week itself and as names of the probable candidates have been shortlisted for 22 constituencies.
