BJP stages walkout from Legislative Council

Amaravati, Sep 11 (UNI) Opposition Bharatiya Janata Party staged a walkout from the Legislative Council on Tuesday in protest against the Speaker’s refusal of not giving time to its member to speak in the house.
Talking to media later at the media point in the Assembly premises, BJP MLC Madhav alleged that the TDP members are utilising lot of time in both the houses to extol Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and his Minister son N Lokesh. The BJP members were not being given sufficient time to speak in the Assembly and Council, he flayed.
Referring to Chief Minister’s announcement of implementing unemployment dole from October 2, he said that the government had not tried to implement the scheme for four years and now the government suddenly decided to implement the scheme keeping in view the the next Assembly and Lok Sabha election.
