BJP stages protest across UP against alleged corruption by Congress

Lucknow, Dec 9 (UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers and leaders on Saturday held protest across Uttar Pradesh to protest against against alleged corruption by Congress and its leaders and burnt effigies after rupees worth crores were recovered from the residence of Congress Rajya Sabha MP from Jharkhand Dhiraj Sahu at some place.
Earlier while talking to the reporters, BJP UP unit President Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary said that another case of Congress corruption and black money collected by its leaders has come to light before the public. "After the Income Tax Department raided the premises of Congress Rajya Sabha MP from Jharkhand Dhiraj Sahu and recovered cash worth more than Rs 200 crore, it has become clear that the aim of Congress and its arrogant alliance partners is only corruption," he said.
He said that while on one side there is a 'Ghamandiya' alliance where corruption, commission taking, plunder and brokerage are guaranteed and on the other side there is the guarantee of Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is committed to root out corruption.
