BJP slams Odisha govt for deteriorating law order,rising crimes against women, large scale corruption

Bhubaneswar, Mar 7 (UNI) The Odisha unit of BJP today expressed its deep concern over the deteriorating law and order situation, self immolation attempts, rising incidents of crime against women and minor girls and missing children and failure of the government to trace them.
In a resolution passed at the party’s state executive committee meeting, the party also expressed its concern over the failure of the state government in implementing various developmental projects despite sufficient funding by the central government and protecting the territorial border of the state.
The resolution said the people have lost their confidence in police as Ministers and ruling party leaders took control of the police stations.The incidents of political murders, crime against women and minor girl children are rising.
